You can have your assigned MDX Hawai'i provider portal administrator set you up with a user account. If you do not have an administrator for MDX Hawai'i's provider portal,
please have your office submit a completed
registration
form to set up an administrator account. For instructions, go to our
Register for Provider Online Access page.
